Genuine Kohler 1083638 replacement stop assembly for the compatible Rite-Temp valve versions shown in the manufacturer parts diagrams.
Fit, installation and product details
- Verified applications include K-304 1/2-inch Rite-Temp valves with compatible stops and K-11748 Rite-Temp valves with push-button diverter and stops. The K-11748-KS parts diagram explicitly identifies 1083638.
- This services a valve stop; it is not the pressure-balancing cartridge, mixer cap, diverter or a complete rough-in valve.
- Revision matters: the manufacturer chart separately identifies 77148 for older 1985–2008 stops. Use the parts diagram for the installed valve rather than assuming every Rite-Temp valve accepts this part.
